Celebrating Artistry Together

Join us at the Westminster Festival of Fine Arts held annually every October at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Salem, Oregon. Experience a showcase of talented artists across various mediums and participate in our efforts to promote this spectacular event.

Artist Spotlight

As we count down to our 36th Anniversary, the Festival of Fine Art is proud to spotlight a different one of our artists every day! Their work will be available to view and purchase at the Festival (October 17-19). Enjoy!

Artist:       Deanna White
Medium:  Acrylic, Collage

Artist Statement: I take great delight in translating a landscape, still life, thought or personal dream into my own interpretation of that image using my imagination, vibrant color and simplifying shapes. Dwellings, landscapes, still life, and human connections are my favorite subjects. I work in collage and acrylic.

2025 Scholarship Recipients

The Westminster Festival of Fine Art is happy to award scholarship(s) to graduating seniors who have participated in the Westminster Presbyterian Church youth program. Each year, a portion of artist sales are dedicated to this program. We appreciate the support of our artists and visiting guests.

The Westminster Art Festival renamed our scholarship in 2023 to the Westminster Art Festival/Barbara Tallman Scholarship. Barbara was a lover of art and a long time supporter of the Art Festival.
